Acquisition Requirements
Industrial zoned raw land with or without approvals, with municipal utilities, natural gas preferred. Existing industrial, manufacturing, distribution, office with some occupancy.
Raw land for mixed use projects with at least 25% office component or retail component with the remainder residential component. Will consider multi-story configurations.
Will entertain joint ventures with land owners, potential building occupants, and other investors.
Preferences- Existing buildings with land for expansion.
- Total project cost one to 15 million dollars.
