The entity was formed in 1999. Its principals have been developing, constructing, and marketing industrial, light manufacturing, warehouse and office real estate for approximately 25 years now.
Its senior principal, Lewis J. Levine has over three decades in the construction and development field and was the President of the largest masonry siding contractor in New England for several decades. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, and a former accountant with the accounting firm of Arthur Young in New York.
Robert A. Harris, also a principal, is the operating manager of the holdings responsible for locating, constructing, leasing and managing the buildings in the real estate portfolio. He is on the board of directors of Atlantic Biodiesel, Inc., one of the several companies leasing space in the real estate portfolio, and a company the principals have endeavored to nurture along, as they have done with some of their other clients. He is a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University and Vermont Law School, and is a licensed Massachusetts attorney.
